Bobby Castro
Yesterday was a day that I will remember. Bobby died. He was such a positive man. As he said to me about six weeks ago. I have lived a good life. Connie and I have been married for 44 years. I have two children and one grand-child. Who could ask for more.
For me he was and will always be very special to me. Mike, Bob, Tony and I spent a lot of time together. We played games, trains and so much more. We had a fireworks stand for a couple of years. We went on dates. Nothing stopped us. Stairs never got in our way.
I will miss his phone calls. He always said the same intro. "How are you doing big John". We would talk for hours.
I will remember the week-end that Bobby, Tony and I spent together. Life is so interesting. We all know that we do not live forever. But, we never want it to come.
I have lost a very special friend, oh yes he was my cousin, but so much more.
